| In 2009, Sanders Wacker Bergly, Inc., began work on updates to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. The previous Ordinance was a compilation of many patches that were prepared over many years. As a result, it was important that the City updated the Ordinance to eliminate conflicting language, to provide consistency with the recently updated Comprehensive Plan, and to respond to pertinent changes in the Minnesota State Law. In addition to the language of the Ordinance, SWB prepared an updated Zoning Map. SWB prepared the Ordinance in a user – friendly format with clear and concise language and graphics throughout.
