| Working closely with the family and members of Wellstone Action!, Sanders Wacker Bergly, Inc., along with artist Philip Rickey, designed a Memorial to the late Senator Paul Wellstone, his wife Sheila, family and staff members. Located two miles from the site of the fatal crash, the Memorial is set in a tranquil location giving visitors the opportunity to remember and reflect. The site is a circular trail lined with hand picked stones from the Iron Range of northern Minnesota representative of each of the victims. Also along the trail are interpretive signs telling the story of these individuals.
